UW Medical Center Tenant Improvements
We have completed multiple tenant improvement projects for the University of Washington Medical Center. Our projects include renovations to the 6th floor orthopedic area, operating rooms, linear accelerator laboratory, general laboratory area and vivarium.
Our scope of work included the installation of power equipment, lighting, nurse call and fire alarm systems. All work was completed in an occupied hospital.
