Southport Corporate Campus

The Southport Corporate Campus includes (3) 9-story Class-A office buildings all sitting over a common 700,000 SF garage. Each office building is approx. 240,000 SF bringing the total project square footage to over 1.4M SF. Each office tower will have its own electrical service and systems and the towers will be built in a phased schedule. The structure will start during the 3rd quarter of 2016 with construction lasting approximately 30-months. This is a Design-Build project for Sequoyah utilizing our in-house design team.
