The Seattle Delivery Center project consists of constructing a new 102,000 SF building and remodeling a nearby existing building. The new facility will provide an exceptional customer experience as they take delivery of their new aircrafts.
The electrical infrastructure consists of (2) 1600A services, a 350 KW generator, and a life safety system. We used prefabrication for the distribution, branch and lighting system. Our scope includes electrical construction, fire alarm, low voltage lighting, lighting controls, audio/visual, security and CCT
