Design-build historical renovation of this United States Geological Survey building located in Tacoma, WA. This historic renovation required structurally connecting (2) 100-year-old buildings with a massive brace frame. The resulting build-out provided new offices, conference rooms and laboratories.
Sequoyah’s scope of work included the design and installation of new electrical systems throughout the building, while maintaining ongoing occupancy in the Kress Building’s 1st floor and basement levels.
