The Escala is a 30-story, high-end residential and mixed-use highrise building located in the heart of downtown Seattle. This design-build project consisted of 8 levels of below-grade parking, retail and mezzanine spaces at grade and 27 floors of condominium units above luxury amenity space. The approximate total area of the building is 825,200 SF. Our scope of work included design-build electrical construction, security, CCTV and access controls.
