This design-build project consists of core and shell construction and “Class-A” tenant improvements for Amazon’s new headquarters building. Our scope of work included electrical distribution, an extensive lighting package and controls, branch power to cubicles, fire alarm and card access systems, and pathways for the telecommunication backbone.
