5th & Lenora
The 5th & Lenora project is a 43-story, 655,000 SF residential high-rise building located at the corner of 5th & Lenora in Seattle. The project consists of 6 levels of below grade parking and 43 above grade levels compromised of various indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, future retail spaces, and 458 high end apartment units. The Sequoyah scope consists of Electrical, Telecom, Access Control, DAS and CCTV. Sequoyah will be working closely with PCL Construction, Vulcan, Ankrom Mosian Architects and Rushing Engineering. The preconstruction services begin immediately with construction slated to start in July of 2018 and be substantially completed in December 2020.
