2nd and Pine

2nd & Pine is a 40-story apartment building including 398 apartments, retail space and 300 parking stalls. The 40-story building will be a tower on a podium with a terra-cotta façade. The podium will house 5.5 levels of below grade parking with 5 levels of micro apartments. The podium will also house a retail space. The tower will have at least two levels of underground parking, a residential lobby and lounge, and two amenity spaces: one on top of the podium at the 7th level and the other on the 40th floor.
