Housing the District Headquarters for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, this project consisted of the electrical design-build core, shell and build-out of over 175,000 SF of “Class-A” office space.
Taking cues from nature and the building site which sits adjacent to the Duwamish Waterway, the building form responds to the twists and turns of the waterway while maximizing daylight and views. Our scope of work included design build electrical, structured cabling, fire alarm and security.
